Digi888 Terms & Conditions – Platform Usage Guide for Malaysian Players

1 User Eligibility

Platform digi888 may only be used by individuals who meet the following eligibility criteria without exception. By registering an account, you confirm that you satisfy all of these requirements at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform.

• Must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and at all times thereafter.
• Is an individual with full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Registering as a private individual — not on behalf of a company, organisation, or third party.
• Not listed under a self-exclusion order on any recognised betting platform.
• Not using the platform digi888 from any country or territory where such access is prohibited under local law.
• No fraud convictions related to betting or financial activities within the past 5 years.

digi888 reserves the right to request proof of identity and age at any time. Failure to submit the required documents within 7 days may result in a temporary account suspension until verification is complete.

2 Registration & Account Management

Each user is permitted to hold only one (1) active account at digi888. Multiple account ownership is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any remaining balances. The following are key conditions regarding accounts:

• All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. Submitting false information is a serious violation of these terms.
• Account password security is solely the responsibility of the user. digi888 will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or live chat.
• You are responsible for all activity that takes place in your account. If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, please contact our customer support team immediately.
• The name registered on your account must match the name of the bank account or e-wallet holder used for deposits and withdrawals. Name mismatches may cause delays in withdrawal processing.
• digi888 reserves the right to close or suspend any account suspected of involvement in fraudulent activity, money laundering, or promotion abuse.
• Accounts that have been inactive for 12 consecutive months may be subject to a monthly administrative fee after a notification has been sent to the account holder.

3 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions at digi888 are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). The minimum deposit is RM10 and the minimum withdrawal is RM30. digi888 does not charge any processing fees for deposits or withdrawals made through supported payment methods.

• Accepted deposit methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay, DuitNow, FPX (Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, RHB Now, and other major banks).
• Deposits are typically processed within seconds. If your deposit has not been credited within 15 minutes, please contact customer support with proof of transaction.
• Withdrawals are processed within 5 to 15 minutes for standard members and under 5 minutes for VIP Gold members and above, subject to security verification.
• Withdrawal funds will only be sent to the same payment method used for the deposit. The account holder's name must match the name on the account digi888.

4 Bonuses & Promotions

All bonus offers and promotions at digi888 — including welcome bonuses, VIP cashback, weekend reload bonuses, free spins, and festive bonuses — are subject to specific conditions stated in each promotion's terms. The following general conditions apply to all promotions unless otherwise stated:

• The welcome bonus is only available to new accounts making their first deposit. Each user is eligible to claim this bonus once only.
• Rollover requirements (wagering requirements) must be met before bonus funds can be converted to withdrawable cash. Rollover requirements vary by promotion.
• The validity period of each bonus is stated in its respective offer. Any unused bonus that expires will be automatically forfeited.

5 Game Rules

All games offered on the digi888 — including slots, live casino, football Sports Betting, roulette, badminton, e-sports, and progressive jackpots — are subject to the rules set by their respective game providers and the internal policies of digi888.

• All games use an independently verified Random Number Generator (RNG) system. Results are entirely random and cannot be influenced by any party.
• Any attempt to manipulate game outcomes through software, automation tools, bots, or any other means is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure.
